Great way to start the day

Wish my music was able to still play

Okay I want this free app to offer me short workouts for free every day. Im not looking to pay as i work out on my own and dont want to pay for a gym membership also. Works great love the save data feature. Just let me play music at the same time would make this app the best

Great app

This is a great app for busy people. Just 5 minutes a day to burn off unwanted calories. I think anyone can spare 5 minutes.

Easy to follow

Nice concept. Love the idea of tracking progress and the fact that you can add songs to keep your fast paced mood. I probably spend less than a minute in learning this app, very intuitive. Definately recommond

A quick way to lose fat

This is a great idea, having all the drills you need to do to lose fat and combine them to a 5 minute session. You can do it once a day or more, it easy and quick.

This is a perfect app for those who want to get into better shape or maintain their health status. It is ideal for those of us who are very busy and have a difficult time spending a lot of time exercising. This is simple to use and effective program that fits the bill in every way. Heartily recommended.

It is great helper for exersise... You can do 2 sessions daily but when You are busy even 1 lesson is easy. Nice concept!

HUGE FAN

This app is absolutely perfect!! Its a 5 minute work out that ACTUALLY makes you sweat! Im already an avid exerciser, but there are always those days where I cant fit in a 30-60 minute work out so this app saves me life all the time. I usually do a couple sets on the work out, switching it up with the 5 Min Fat Loss and 5 Min Abs app. FANTASTIC job!!

WOW!!!

I downloaded this app a few days ago and I just used it for the first time today. All I can say is WOW!!! Im already sweating and I can really feel the burn. I can already tell if I do this every day and change the way I eat, I will lose weight.

A basic, quick workout when you dont have a lot of time but still want to do something semi structured.

Time doesnt allow me to go to the gym. The 5 minute abs can be done anywhere in just a few minutes.
