Okay I want this free app to offer me short workouts for free every day. Im not looking to pay as i work out on my own and dont want to pay for a gym membership also.

Some bad moments
This is a great app for busy people. Just 5 minutes a day to burn off unwanted calories. I think anyone can spare 5 minutes.
Nice concept. Love the idea of tracking progress and the fact that you can add songs to keep your fast paced mood. I probably spend less than a minute in learning this app, very intuitive. Definately recommond
This is a great idea, having all the drills you need to do to lose fat and combine them to a 5 minute session. You can do it once a day or more, it easy and quick.

It is great helper for exersise... You can do 2 sessions daily but when You are busy even 1 lesson is easy. Nice concept!
